We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Communications Manager to join our rapidly growing software company in the extra-hospital sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing marketing initiatives to promote our software products and support the company's
objectives. The role includes creating marketing content, managing social media, organizing events, coordinating online marketing campaigns, and other marketing activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
- Develop and implement the marketing strategy to promote our software products and support the company's objectives.
- Create and manage high-quality marketing content, including blogs, case studies, infographics, videos, and other communication materials.
- Manage the company's social media, including content creation, regular message planning and posting, and interaction with subscribers and prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing tools such as presentations, brochures, and sales documents.
- Coordinate and organize marketing events such as webinars, trade shows, and workshops, including planning, logistics, promotion, and follow-up.
- Contribute to the implementation of online marketing campaigns, including online advertising, email marketing, and other digital marketing tactics.
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant KPIs such as conversion rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on investment (ROI), and other key indicators, and provide regular reports to evaluate results and make improvements.
- Implement A/B tests to optimize our conversion rate.

- Stay informed of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and software marketing.
- University degree in marketing, communication, or a related field. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong skills in marketing content creation, including writing, editing, and layout of marketing materials.
- Practical knowledge of social media and its use for marketing purposes.
- Previous experience in coordinating marketing events. Familiarity with online marketing tactics such as online advertising, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Previous experience using HubSpot CRM for customer relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Good understanding of the software industry and its challenges.
