Job Summary
Prehos, a leader in the development of SaaS solutions for the prehospital care sector, is seeking a creative and skilled UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team. You will play a vital role in designing intuitive user interfaces for mobile and software applications, collaborating with stakeholders, and conducting user research to create seamless experiences. Responsibilities
- Facilitate design workshops with internal and external stakeholders to understand user needs and define UX goals.
- Apply design thinking methodologies to develop innovative, user-centric mobile and web interfaces.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications to effectively communicate ideas.
- Conduct user research, usability studies, and iterative testing to improve the overall experience.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to maintain consistency in design and usability.
- Design solutions that align with best practices in interaction design, visual aesthetics, and accessibility.
- Ensure feedback from usability testing is incorporated into design improvements.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in UX/UI and implement them in your work.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including interaction design, visual design, and usability best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and applying design thinking principles.
- Excellent eye for detail, creativity, and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Effective bilingual communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders to meet project goals.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle is an asset.
