Tech Lead

• Technical Leadership (40% of your time)
• Serve as a technical reference for SaaS and mobile R&D teams, guiding best practices and solutions.
• Assist in product design, including architecture decisions, cloud infrastructure, and UX/UI considerations.
• Identify and communicate project risks and uncertainties.
• Define and review technical aspects for user stories, ensuring sound design.
• Participate in DevOps activities, including operations with Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Argo CD.
• Manage production environments focusing on observability, incident management, and crisis communication.
• Conduct field tests to ensure performance in real-life conditions, such as ambulance trials.
• Provide technical support to clients and participate in a 24/7 rotating on-call schedule.
• Hands-on Development (60% of your time)
• Contribute to product development by designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software solutions.
• Apply solid software development frameworks, such as Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture.
• Design relational databases like Postgres and non-relational databases such as Elasticsearch.
• Leverage Reactive Programming (RxJS) for efficient and scalable solutions.
• Develop and execute tests at different levels (unit testing, integration testing, etc.).

• Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Angular TypeScript, and DevOps tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with relational and non-relational database architectures (PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch).
• Strong software development practices, including expertise in Entity Framework Core and advanced testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD environments, cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS), and modern DevOps practices.
• Bilingual in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
