We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Product Owner to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch. This role will define and prioritize product features, manage user stories, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software that aligns with the company’s vision and customer needs. Responsibilities
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including market research, strategic planning, and execution.
- Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.
- Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback, understanding needs, and addressing technical challenges.
- Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, market insights, and business objectives.
- Write user stories and create detailed product requirements to guide the development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and sales, to deliver top-quality products.
- Monitor key product metrics and leverage data to inform decisions on product development and feature optimization.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities for product growth.
- Perform user research to refine product strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant training in IT project management or Agile practices.
- At least six years of experience in a Product Owner role within Agile environments or equivalent experience in web/software application development.
- Experience using project management tools like JIRA.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and French.
Assets
- Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., MBA, IT project management).
- Relevant certifications such as PMI, PMP, CSPO, PMI-ACP, PSPO, CSM, or SAFe.
- Knowledge of design thinking and UX/UI best practices.
- Experience in business analysis.
- Familiarity with Zoho One.
