Product Owner

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Product Owner to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch. This role will define and prioritize product features, manage user stories, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software that aligns with the company’s vision and customer needs. • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including market research, strategic planning, and execution.
• Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.
• Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback, understanding needs, and addressing technical challenges.
• Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, market insights, and business objectives.
• Write user stories and create detailed product requirements to guide the development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and sales, to deliver top-quality products.
• Monitor key product metrics and leverage data to inform decisions on product development and feature optimization.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities for product growth.
• Perform user research to refine product strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant training in IT project management or Agile practices.
• At least six years of experience in a Product Owner role within Agile environments or equivalent experience in web/software application development.
• Experience using project management tools like JIRA.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and French.

• Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., MBA, IT project management).
• Relevant certifications such as PMI, PMP, CSPO, PMI-ACP, PSPO, CSM, or SAFe.
• Knowledge of design thinking and UX/UI best practices.
• Experience in business analysis.
• Familiarity with Zoho One.
