This role will oversee the development and implementation of marketing initiatives—including content creation, social media management, event coordination, and digital campaigns—to build brand awareness and support company objectives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote software products and support business goals.
- Create high-quality marketing content, including blogs, case studies, infographics, videos, and other communication materials.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content while interacting with followers and prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create impactful marketing tools such as presentations, brochures, and sales documents.
- Coordinate and manage marketing events, including webinars, trade shows, and workshops, from planning and logistics to promotion and post-event follow-up.
- Drive the execution of digital marketing campaigns using online advertising, email marketing, and automation tools.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance through KPIs such as conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition costs, providing actionable insights to refine strategies.
- Implement A/B testing to improve conversion rates and optimize efforts.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in digital marketing and the software industry.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong skills in developing marketing content, including writing, editing, and formatting.
- Hands-on experience with social media management for marketing purposes.
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
- Understanding of online marketing strategies, including digital advertising and email campaigns.
- Previous experience with HubSpot CRM or similar customer relationship management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English.
- Ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with the software industry and its market challenges.
