Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Data Scientist to help our clients turn data into actionable insights. You will play a pivotal role in translating data into reports, dashboards, and KPIs, while being actively involved in business intelligence projects and supporting future AI innovations.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to create insightful reports and dashboards based on stored data.
- Translate client needs into database queries, visualizations, and reporting tools.
- Provide business intelligence analysis to address company-wide challenges and facilitate decision-making.
- Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
- Utilize tools like Tableau and database technologies (Postgres, Elasticsearch) to analyze and present data effectively.
- Develop views, queries, and data models to support client and internal reporting.
- Assist in documenting and standardizing KPIs across various markets.
- Stay engaged in analyzing and interpreting regulatory obligation documents.
- Support customer training by preparing detailed and effective documentation.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and query languages like KQL for data management.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools, especially Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of database systems, including relational (Postgres) and non-relational (Elasticsearch).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
