Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Data Scientist to help our clients turn data into actionable insights. You will play a pivotal role in translating data into reports, dashboards, and KPIs, while being actively involved in business intelligence projects and supporting future AI innovations.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to create insightful reports and dashboards based on stored data.
  • Translate client needs into database queries, visualizations, and reporting tools.
  • Provide business intelligence analysis to address company-wide challenges and facilitate decision-making.
  • Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
  • Utilize tools like Tableau and database technologies (Postgres, Elasticsearch) to analyze and present data effectively.
  • Develop views, queries, and data models to support client and internal reporting.
  • Assist in documenting and standardizing KPIs across various markets.
  • Stay engaged in analyzing and interpreting regulatory obligation documents.
  • Support customer training by preparing detailed and effective documentation.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL and query languages like KQL for data management.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools, especially Tableau.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems, including relational (Postgres) and non-relational (Elasticsearch).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
