Position Summary

As a Specialist, you will contribute directly to improving the customer experience by helping users better understand, adopt and use the Prehos platform through clear, engaging content adapted to their reality.
    • Design, produce and maintain technical training content for the Prehos platform (user guides, cheat sheets, video tutorials, interactive demonstrations, role-based courses);
    • Structure and organize educational resources to foster self-directed learning based on key metrics (number of support tickets, critical paths, etc.).
    • Plan and structure customer training, remote or on-site, including onboarding support sessions, webinars and refresher training;
    • Offer interactive training experiences, adapted to the learning principles of the different personas (mobile user, web and BI platform);
    • Actively participate in the customer communication strategy, in collaboration with the customer experience and support teams;
    • Write and structure communications related to important events of the platform (updates, new features, planned maintenance, operational changes);
    • Adapt communications and training content according to different user profiles (field users, administrators, managers);
    • Collaborate closely with the Implementation and Customer Experience teams to align training with the real needs of customers;
    • Collect feedback from customers and internal teams to continuously improve training and communication content;
    • Identify recurring issues of understanding or adoption and propose solutions through training, documentation or proactive communication;
    • Stay up to date on the evolution of the Prehos platform to ensure the relevance and accuracy of educational content.

On the technical side:
    • 3 years or more of experience in technical training development, education, onboarding or equivalent in a SaaS or software context;
    • Expert in the creation of clear, structured and engaging educational content;
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
    • Perfect command of English and French, both oral and written;
    • Experience with documentation, training or demonstration tools: Confluence, webinar platforms, training article systems (such as Zoho Learn, Zendesk, etc.), LMS-type training systems (Zoho Learn, Moodle, Dictate, etc.), interactive presentation tools (Storylane, etc.).
